The first contribution I received for my bouquet is a great reflection of the life I’ve chosen to live with Alex. To me, it represents our life in Moncton, the friends we love here, the hopes for the future, and the Thursday night wing get-togethers we enjoy so much.
The first brooch I was given came from our friend, Amy, while we sat down to our semi-regular wing night at Saxby’s. It came with lots of laughs and smiles – and a box of cupcakes! Amy is working towards opening her own yummy business and we’re happy to help with moral support, business and writing skills, and taste testing duties. It’s also helping spur me to take my musing about a potential business opportunity to the next level. She and I are planning to hit up the local wedding expo next weekend – can’t wait!
I love the colours in this brooch and it’s exactly the style I’d pick out – a perfect beginning to a project that’s already bringing me closer to my friends and family.
